If I do not have the instrument or item you desire in stock,
I will gladly inform you of the approximate time when it would
be available. If you place an order with me for a Renard
Oboe or Bassoon, I do not require any advance
payment or deposit! A deposit may be required for orders of
Fox Bassoons or Oboes depending on options desired.
Once you've placed your order, I will send you a written
confirmation including pricing and delivery information. I
do my best to deliver when I promise. However, although Fox
Products has an excellent record of on-time delivery,
over the years there have been some infrequent delays in shipment.
You will have one week from receipt of your Renard Oboe
or Bassoon to try the instrument. At the end of the
week I will require either return of the instrument or payment
Should you decide to return the instrument, shipment and
insurance will be at your expense. Returned instruments are
expected to be in "like new" condition with all included accessories
I do not accept credit card payment. No flight miles
when you deal with me! The cost for credit card service is
rather high for a small, specialized business such as mine.
My aim is to save you money and not pass on to you added expenses.
Your personal check for the amount of the invoice will be
I ship via UPS Ground Service fully insured. My prices include
shipment and insurance! If you wish Second Day or Overnight,
you will be charged for the difference.
If you've purchased your oboe or bassoon from me, I'm happy
to provide a letter to your insurance company at no charge
to you stating the replacement value of your new or used instrument.
For a nominal fee, I will provide this service to anyone needing
an appraisal on a bassoon or oboe.
If you are an Illinois resident, I must add 8.75% tax to the
cost of your purchase.
